The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will add a new way for motorists to check their No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) violations starting Monday, August 24.
Through the MMDA NCAP portal, motorists will have two options when searching for violations:

The MMDA also reminded the public to be cautious of fake NCAP text messages.
The official sender of NCAP notifications is “MMDA_NCAP,” and it does not send links through text messages. Any NCAP text message containing a link should be treated as a scam.
Evidence of NCAP violations can only be viewed through the official MAYHULIKA.MMDA.GOV.PH web portal.
Motorists can also search for MMDA through the eGovPH app.
