MediaTek has introduced the Dimensity 9500s, a flagship mobile chipset featuring an octa-core CPU led by a Cortex-X925 clocked at up to 3.73GHz, paired with a large 19MB CPU cache and a 10MB system cache.
The chip supports LPDDR5X memory at up to 9600Mbps and UFS 4.0 storage, for betterapp launches, multitasking, and improved power efficiency through MediaTek’s second-generation Dimensity Scheduling Engine.
For graphics, the Dimensity 9500s uses the Immortalis-G925 GPU with hardware ray tracing, supporting up to 165fps gaming and sustained 120fps gameplay in supported titles.

Display support goes up to WQHD+ resolution at 180Hz, including tri-port MIPI support for tri-fold display designs.
On imaging, the chipset supports camera sensors up to 320MP and 8K video recording, with MediaTek Imagiq enabling 18-bit RAW capture, advanced focus tracking, and Dolby Vision video.
AI processing is handled by a MediaTek NPU designed for generative and agent-based AI, enabling on-device tasks such as AI photo editing, content summarization, and Stable Diffusion XL support.
Connectivity includes a 5G Release-17 modem with up to 7Gbps download speeds, dual SIM dual active support, MediaTek UltraSave 4.0 for power efficiency, Wi-Fi 7 with peak speeds of up to 6.5Gbps, and Bluetooth 5.4.
Stay tuned for upcoming devices powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s.
