
MediaTek has announced that it will unveil its new flagship chip, the Dimensity 9500, on September 22 in China.
The Dimensity 9500 will use a 1+3+4 CPU setup, consisting of one Travis core at 4.21GHz, three Alto cores at 3.50GHz, and four Gelas cores at 2.7GHz.
Other than that, the chip features 16MB of L3 cache, 10MB system-level cache, support for SME instructions, and an NPU 9.0 rated at 100 TOPS of AI performance.

It also supports LPDDR5x memory at 10,667Mbps and UFS 4.1 storage.
Graphics are handled by a Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU with a new architecture.
This new chipset from MediaTek promises 40% better efficiency and ray tracing performance, with ray-traced gaming expected to reach above 100fps.

Aa for its rollout, the upcoming vivo X300 series will use this chipset.
The device recently scored 4 million points on AnTuTu, which is a first for an Android phone.
As mentioned, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 will be announced on September 22, 2025, at 2PM (GMT+8) in China.
