LTO Launches “IReport Mo Kay LTO Chief” Online Complaint Platform

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has launched a new online platform called “I-REPORT MO KAY LTO CHIEF.”

This new platform aims to encourage the public to directly submit complaints to LTO.

The website is designed to ensure that reports are documented, reviewed, and acted upon. It also aims to improve transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.

The platform accepts reports on several issues, including road rage incidents, alleged corruption or misconduct by LTO personnel, unregistered or “colorum” vehicles, and reckless driving, such as illegal parking and counterflow.

Complaints can be filed through I-REPORT MO KAY LTO CHIEF official website, Facebook Messenger, or by calling hotline 1342-586.

The online system interface includes a report form where complainants are required to enter personal details, select the complaint type, provide a narrative of the incident, and optionally upload supporting evidence.

According to LTO, a dedicated office will handle submissions to ensure action is taken and show cause orders may be issued within two to three days, with some cases scheduled within the week.

LTO officials said a separate memorandum is being prepared to implement stricter measures against drunk driving, including possible confiscation of driver’s licenses.
