LRT, MRT, & PNR Extend Operating Hours This Dec. 20-23 for Holiday Rush

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) shared some good news on Tuesday. MRT and LRT lines will be running longer hours from Wednesday to Saturday, just in time for the Christmas rush. So, if you’re planning to hop on the train during these days, enjoy the extended service!

Starting December 20 and running through December 23, the final departure from North Avenue Station will now be at 10:30 PM, (before 9:30 PM). Meanwhile, the last journey departing from Taft Avenue Station is scheduled for 11:05 PM, (before 10:00 PM) departure time.

From December 20 until 22, the final trip departing Baclaran Station is set for 10:45 PM, and the last train from Fernando Poe Jr. Station is scheduled for 11:00 PM.

For December 23, the last trains will depart from Baclaran and Fernando Poe Jr. stations at 10:30 PM and 10:45 PM, respectively.

On Christmas Eve, December 24, the last train departing Baclaran Station is at 8:00 PM, and the final train from Fernando Poe Jr. Station leaves at 8:15 PM.

From December 20 to 23, the last trip leaving Antipolo Station will be at 10 PM (before 9PM), while the last trip from Recto Station will be 10:30 PM (before 9:30 PM).

PNR (Tutuban-Alabang)

Also PNR joins! From December 20-23 the last trips are extended for one hour, while the first trips will stay unchanged, noteworthy adjustments have been made to the last trips at Tutuban Station, extending until 11:11 PM (before 10:11 PM), and at Alabang Station, stretching until 11:18 PM (before 9:38 PM)
