
vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has officially launched the iQOO 15 in China, positioning it as a high-performance gaming phone.
The iQOO 15 features a 6.85-inch 2K “Everest Display,” co-developed with Samsung. It uses LEAD OLED technology and reaches up to 6,000 nits peak brightness. The screen also offers 3,200Hz instant touch sampling for smoother gaming response.
For optics, there is a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The front camera is 32MP.

Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor built on a 3nm process, paired with 12GB and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB. 512GB, and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. iQOO claims over 438,000 points in AnTuTu’s GPU test. A dedicated Q3 gaming chip assists with frame rate and resolution enhancements.
Cooling is handled by a large vapor chamber with nano-graphene materials and dual graphite layers. According to iQOO, the device maintained about 39°C after an hour of playing Genshin Impact.

It also carries a whopping 7,000mAh silicon-carbon cell supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. It also supports PPS/PD protocols and bypass charging for gaming sessions.
Out of the box, the phone runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
All iQOO 15 variants are now available for purchase in China, with global pricing and availability to be announced soon.
