We’re still months away from the release of the upcoming iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus with dual-camera setup and alleged waterproof feature. But recent leaks suggest that the iPhone 8 with edge-to-edge glass display will be launched and released next year, skipping the iPhone 7s.

- Why iPhone 6s is better than iPhone SE
Aside from the fact that we are getting reports from critics that iPhone 7 duo will be a disappointment, it looks Apple is more focused on next year’s iPhone, which is the iPhone 8. This coincides because the Cupertino giant will be celebrating the 10th year anniversary of iPhone in 2017.
More on iPhone 8, the seamless glass layer will likely be the first of its kind. The fingerprint or TouchID is said to be embedded behind the glass along with the front-facing iSight camera. This approach may be familiar as on what Nokia have done with the Nokia N9 in 2011, sans fingerprint sensor.
If these details are true, then it will surely put excitement to fans. For the meantime, check out the possible features and specs of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus here.
