
Huawei Philippines has recently announced that the all-new P50 flagship smartphone series consisting of the Huawei P50 Pro and P50 Pocket will go official in the country on February 4.
To recap, the flagship Huawei P50 Pro features a 6.6-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a 4,360mAh battery with wireless and reverse charging. It is equipped with Leica-enhanced quad rear cameras consisting of a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 40MP monochrome sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 64MP telephoto lens. Upfront is a 13MP selfie camera.
The Huawei P50 Pocket, on the other hand, is the brand’s first clamshell-type foldable smartphone that boasts a gapless design. It sports a 1-inch AMOLED rear screen, a 6.9-inch OLED with a 120Hz refresh rate inner display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 12GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge. In addition, it features triple rear cameras with a 40MP main camera, 13MP ultrawide shooter, and a 32MP Ultra Spectrum camera for more color details. Upfront is a 10.7MP selfie camera.
Globe has also announced that both devices will be available for pre-order from February 4.
Pricing of the Huawei P50 Pro and P50 Pocket is yet to be announced.
