Introduced back in February, the Chinese company has finally made Huawei Mate Xs available in the Philippines. The price is P139,999 which is nearly the same as the €2,499 launch price. If you’re planning to buy Huawei’s folding 5G phone, you can do so through MemoXpress and Silicon Valley. Other third-party retailers should have it as well. The second generation of Huawei’s folding phone brings better hinge design and 5G capability through Kirin 990 SoC. The configuration that’s being sold comes with 8GB RAM and 512GB expandable storage. Given the expensive pricing than Samsung Galaxy Fold at P109,990 and nearly twice the price of Galaxy Z Flip at P79,990, Mate Xs isn’t really for the typical consumer. And no, it still doesn’t come with Google support.
