With Microsoft Outlook, users can manage their email, calendar, and files in a single app. Outlook’s primary purpose is as an email client. Most organizations utilize Outlook software, which enables multiple accounts, for official email documentation. Outlook for Android is compatible with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail.

A signature text or image is automatically included in every email you send. Your mobile app’s Outlook signatures are set to “Get Outlook for iOS” or “Get Outlook for Android” depending on the type of operating system on your phone.

However, individually including your name and contact information in each email you send might be time-consuming. Automatic signatures can be very helpful in these circumstances so that you don’t have to continuously type your contact information in each email. A step-by-step tutorial for adding a signature to Outlook on a mobile device is provided below.

1. Open the Microsoft Outlook app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the picture on the top left of the app.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Scroll down to the Signature tab. Your signature by default reads Get Outlook for Android or Get Outlook for iOS. Edit the signature text as per your requirements. For instance, you can add your name, designation, and contact information.

5. Tap on the checkmark icon in the top right corner to finish the setup.
