HONOR is gearing up to launch the upcoming X80 Pro Max smartphone in China and has revealed some of its key highlights.
The HONOR X80 Pro Max has been confirmed to pack a massive 11,000mAh battery capacity, which the brand said is the largest ever installed on one of its smartphones. It will also support 90W wired charging to help charge it faster, and a 27W wired reverse charging.
The brand displayed early teasers of the upcoming device, showing a circular camera island with gold accents around it and a 50MP camera indicator.
Online listing also revealed multiple storage options, including 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 8GB + 512GB, and 12GB + 512GB variants. Meanwhile, it will be available in Lightning Red, Black Armour, Moon Shadow White, and Vitality Orange color options.
Meanwhile, rumors surfaced online revealed that the X80 Pro Max will sport a 6.8-inch OLED panel with 2788 x 1280 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 3840Hz PWM dimming. It will be allegedly powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor. The handset is expected to offer IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K-rated dust and water resistance, highlighting its durability. Reports claimed that enhanced drop protection and a complimentary screen replacement programme will also be included.
The HONOR X80 Pro Max is set to launch on June 22 in China. Further details will be revealed during the launch.
