After its unveiling at MWC 2026, HONOR recently launched the Magic V6 foldable smartphone in China.
The HONOR Magic V6 sports a 7.95-inch BOE OLED inner screen with 2352 × 2172 resolution, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and up to 5000 nits peak brightness. Meanwhile, the cover screen has a 6.52-inch size with a BOE OLED panel, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and up to 6000 nits peak brightness.
Both panels support 4320Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 1.07 billion colors, HDR Vivid, and Dolby Vision. They are also plated with 5600 layers of silicon nitride designed to improve wear resistance by three times compared to previous designs.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the 4.6GHz 3nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 octa-core processor with Adreno 840 GPU, paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB internal storage. It also packs a large 7150mAh Silicon-Carbon battery with 80W wired fast charging, 66W wireless charging, and wireless reverse charging support. HONOR is also offering a 6,850mAh battery capacity for models under 1TB.
For optics, the foldable is equipped with a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS, 3x optical zoom, and up to 100x digital zoom. A 20MP camera is on the inner and cover screens.
The HONOR Magic V6 is among the thinnest and lightest foldables so far, measuring at around 4.0mm when unfolded and weighing around 219 grams. It incorporates a 3D textured back panel and an aerospace-grade aluminum frame.

The HONOR Magic V6 is now available in China. However, there’s no word yet on its local availability.
Stay tuned for more updates.
