ASUS has launched two new gaming monitors in the Philippines, the ROG Strix OLED XG27ACDMS and ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMES.
The ROG Strix OLED XG27ACDMS sports a 27-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) QD-OLED panel with a 280Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms GTG response. It supports up to 1000 nits peak brightness, VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certified, and TÜV Flicker-free and TÜV Low Blue Light certification.
The gaming monitor also features the new ASUS OLED Care Pro functions with the Neo Proximity Sensor that accurately detects when the user is not present and switches to a black screen to reduce the risk of burn-in. Ports consist of a DisplayPort 1.4 DSC, HDMI 2.1, USB-C with 15W power delivery, and an earphone jack.
The ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMES, on the other hand, comes with a 27-inch QD-OLED panel with a semi-glossy finish. It features a 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms GTG response time, and 400nits peak brightness. The gaming monitor is also VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certified and has 178-degree viewing angles horizontally and vertically. Ports include a DisplayPort 1.4 port and two HDMI 2.1 ports.
Both monitors come with Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) technology to eliminate ghosting for crisp, fast-paced gameplay. They also feature AI capabilities like Dynamic Shadow Boost, which reveals hidden details in dark areas without overexposing bright zones, and an AI-driven color-shifting Dynamic Crosshair for improved aim. The ASUS DisplayWidget Center software allows users to modify monitor settings, while the ergonomic stand’s compact design allows for height, swivel, and tilt adjustments
A three-year warranty is included in both monitors. Firmware updates guarantee that every monitor receives new features and performance improvements as soon as they become available.
The ROG Strix OLED XG27ACDMS is priced at PHP 45,000, while the ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMES retails for PHP 39,000.
