Honor, which is the former subbrand of Huawei, will officially return to the Philippines, tapping iridium Technologies Philippines as their partner.
While they haven’t announced which devices they are bringing to the Philippines, Ricky Sy the president of Iridium Technologies Philippines, said that the brand’s priorities are not just smartphones but also laptops, tablets, and wearables. There is also a rumor that they might release a smartphone in the Q4 of 2022.
In 2020, Huawei sold Honor to sidestep US sanctions, which in turn has given Honor the right to offer their Android devices with Google Services.
