Google has officially released Android 16 Beta 3, moving closer to the final stable version.
Android 16 Beta 3 brings some important changes for developers, like stricter JobScheduler rules, better security for Intents, support for 16KB Page Size, the removal of edge-to-edge UI opt-out, and improved Bluetooth connection handling.

- Outline Text for Accessibility – Improves text contrast for users with low vision.
- Local Network Protection Testing – Apps will need permission to access local networks in a future release. Developers can test this feature now.
