Google has introduced Video Remix, a new AI-powered editing feature in Google Photos.
The tool lets users create short, stylized video clips in the app.
The feature is available in the Create tab of Google Photos and uses Google’s Gemini Omni AI model to apply different visual effects to existing videos.
Users can choose from several templates, including cinematic relighting for darker clips, background replacement, and artistic styles such as watercolor, sketchbook, and oil painting.
Video Remix is rolling out starting today for eligible Google AI Plus, Pro, and Ultra subscribers in select countries, including the Philippines.
Google has not yet announced when the feature will become available in more regions.
