We are back with another gaming review, and today, we are going to test the gaming prowess of the nubia Neo 5 Pro.

For our first game, we have Mobile Legends. We set the graphics to the highest available settings.
As for gameplay performance, the game runs without any issues. It delivers high and consistent FPS, which is great.
I did not encounter any slowdowns throughout the entire match, even with the settings maxed out. Whether inside or outside clashes, the game performs smoothly.

FPS Results: around 115 to 120 FPS.
Temperature: 40.4°C (after gameplay)

Next up is Call of Duty: Mobile. The settings are set to Low graphics paired with Max frame rate.
Just like Mobile Legends, the game runs smoothly with no major issues. Although I encountered a few stutters on the home screen, once we got in-game, everything performed well.
We get consistent FPS both inside and outside gunfights. If CODM and Mobile Legends are the games you usually play, this device can definitely handle them.

FPS Results: around 57 to 60 FPS.
Temperature: 39.6°C (after gameplay)

Third is Delta Force. We set the graphics quality to Smooth with a medium frame rate.
While the game runs decently, we only get around 30 FPS, which is quite disappointing. Performance-wise, I did not encounter any stutters or frame drops during gunfights. However, the response time feels a bit slow.

FPS Results: around 30 FPS.
Temperature: 39.6°C (after gameplay)

For our next game, we have Asphalt Legends. The settings are set to the High preset with 60 FPS enabled.
In terms of performance, the game runs great. Stutters are only noticeable in the menus, but once we are in a race, we encounter no problems at all. It stays smooth even across different scenery, making the experience enjoyable for casual gaming.

FPS Results: around 57 to 60 FPS.
Temperature: 38.1°C (after gameplay)

Now for the graphically demanding games. First is Neverness to Everness.
If you are planning to play this game on this device, the experience will not be enjoyable. The game barely runs and suffers from severe frame drops and stutters. I even encountered freeze frames despite using the lowest settings.

FPS Results: around 2 to 15 FPS.
Temperature: 40.5°C (after gameplay)

Next up is Zenless Zone Zero. Just like NTE, this game also suffers from heavy frame drops and stutters. It also has some of the worst freeze frames, especially during combat, which is not ideal for this type of game.
Similar to NTE, Zenless Zone Zero is practically unplayable on this device.

FPS Results: around 7 to 15 FPS.
Temperature: 41.4°C (after gameplay)

Lastly, we have Wuthering Waves. Surprisingly, this game performs better compared to ZZZ and NTE.
Although there are still FPS drops and stutters, they are not as severe. If you are planning to play this game on this device, I still would not recommend it since visible lags and stutters are still present during combat.

FPS Results: around 17 to 35 FPS.
Temperature: 42.9°C (after gameplay)
At a price of PHP14,999, the nubia Neo 5 Pro is a decent phone for casual gaming.

Titles like Call of Duty: Mobile and Mobile Legends run well on this device. However, if you are planning to play heavier and more demanding games, expect weaker performance. Still, for a budget gaming phone, it did not disappoint.
