The Filipino-founded startup, Expedock, has raised more than $13.5 million (₱754 million) from Series A funding.
With nearly ₱1 Billion in funding, Expedock has been actively raising funds since it was founded by a trio of 20-somethings, two of whom are Filipino.
For a startup facing so much competition in the market, the lump sum was made possible by big companies, such as:

- Pear and Neo through Insight Partners
- eBay
- Meta
- Salesforce
- Clearmetal
- Project44 through their respective executives
- Motion Ventures through HHLA
- Wilhelmsen
- MOL.
The health crisis has slowed down the global supply chain, and enterprises are scrambling to get things back on track. As a result of its innovative solutions that utilize automation and artificial intelligence to handle large data, Expedock comes at an opportune time to boost the global system, which has become sluggish.
