Dyson Philippines has launched its latest AI cleaning robot in the Philippines, the Spot+Scrub AI.
The Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai combines both vacuum and mopping capabilities, along with the help of AI, to clean messes. According to the company, the device reveals hidden stains and distinguishes between wet and dry spills before determining the number of cleaning passes required to get rid of them. Up to 15 cleaning passes are done on tough stains, and the robot vacuum analyzes the floor in between cleaning passes before moving on.
The robot vacuum uses 24 sensors and dual-laser LiDAR to scan the environment seven times per second, and it can identify almost 200 different objects, improving navigation and preventing collisions.
There’s a self-cleaning roller inside the Spot+Scrub Ai that cleans the roller with clean water on every rotation. A sensor automatically detects the floor edges before a 40mm roller automatically extends to clean them. It also comes with boosted suction on carpets by up to 4x for a deeper clean, according to Dyson.
Additionally, it empties, cleans, refills, and recharges itself through the Dyson hygienic Cyclonic dock. It hygienically auto-empties dry debris using Dyson cyclones, eliminating the need for bags and keeping the robot’s suction power intact
Users can operate the robot vacuum through the MyDyson app, where users can map their home, choose cleaning modes for each room, avoid certain areas, smart scheduling, live robot tracking, and clean-time estimates.
The Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai is priced at PHP 65,900 and is available through Dyson’s website.
