The Dito Telecom or the 3rd major telco is yet to start their operation in early 2021 but some netizens spotted a couple of their upcoming stores or offices inside the SM City malls.
One netizen shared a photo of the upcoming store located in SM North Annex. Another user also was managed to share a few clicks of the store in SM City Manila. Both are unopened while the latter posts a notice of December 2020 opening.

These preparations of Dito Telecommunity may tell us that the 3rd major telco could be accommodating enterprise and select customers starting this year despite their official launch on March 2021. There are no official announcements or news yet from the 3rd telco or Dito of their stores and office locations in the Philippines. But it seems they will start with major locations including Metro Manila, Davao, and Cebu.
Recently they also shared their progress with more than 800 towers done by September and about 1300 towers to be completed by October.
Dito will have their technical launch by January 2021 and start its operation by March 2021. They have a performance bond of 37% population coverage and 27Mbps speed in its first year of operation. If they fail to deliver these numbers, they will be paying the government with a huge amount of penalties.
