Discord has introduced a new feature for desktop users.
According to their announcement through their official X (Twitter) account, the @time shortcut on desktop lets users insert timestamps that automatically adjust to each viewer’s local timezone.
The feature simplifies the platform’s existing timestamp system, which previously required manual use of Unix-based code.
With @time, users can choose different time formats, select or enter a time directly, and the message will display the correct equivalent time for others, regardless of location.

As mentioned, the shortcut is currently available on desktop only, and mobile users may still need to rely on the older code-based method.
The new feature is now also available to Discord users in the Philippines.
