
After launching it in Japan for the first quarter of 2025, Canon officially introduces the Powershot V1 in the local market.
The PowerShot V1 features a 1.4-inch CMOS sensor with a resolution of 22.3MP, offering improved detail and color compared to standard 1-inch sensors.
It supports an ISO range of up to 32,000 for stills and 25,600 for video, powered by the DIGIC X processor.



The camera is equipped with an integrated 16–50mm equivalent zoom lens and includes a built-in 3-stop ND filter for better control in bright conditions.
It can record 5.7K oversampled 4K video at 30fps and full 4K at 60fps with a 1.4x crop.
To support extended use, the PowerShot V1 includes an active cooling fan, allowing continuous recording for up to 6 hours.
Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are available, along with direct PC streaming support. The camera also records in 10-bit Canon Log 3 for professional color grading.



The Canon PowerShot V1 is now available in Canon stores nationwide. priced at PHP54,998 in the Philippines.
On the other hand, Canon EOS R50 V and EOS R50 V Creator Kit are now available in the Philippines with a starting price of PHP56,998
