On May 10, 2024, TECNO officially launched its CAMON 30 Series in the Philippines, bringing with it a significant commitment to software and security updates.
According to TECNO’s global Facebook page, all devices in the CAMON 30 Series will receive updates for a span of three years. This includes 36 months of security updates and two major Android updates. This pledge demonstrates TECNO’s dedication to maintaining these devices, a commitment not previously seen with their other phone models.
With this promise, users of the CAMON 30 Series can expect their phones to be updated to Android 16, along with receiving security patches on a quarterly basis.
