ASUS has announced its 2-in-1 detachable laptop, the ASUS VivoBook 13 Slate OLED.
The laptop features a 13.3-inch OLED detachable screen. It’s also PANTONE Validated with a 100% DCI-P3 gamut for accurate, vivid colors, it is DisplayHDR True Black 500 certified, and has TÃœV Rheinland-certified eye care. The touchscreen also features 4096-levels of pressure sensitivity, 5-350 gram pen-tip force, and 266 Hz sampling rate, and comes with a pen with four interchangeable pen tips.
Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core 3.3GHz Intel processor, and Intel Bridge technology for Android apps to run on Windows 11. It is equipped with a quad-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system, up to 256GB of SSD storage, and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It also has a 3.5mm combo audio jack and a microSD card reader, as well as a front 5MP camera and rear 13MP camera.
The ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED comes with USB-C ports, an audio jack, and a microSD card slot. It also supports WiFi 6, a detachable full-size keyboard, a cover stand that has a 170° hinge, and ASUS Pen 2.0. For the battery, it will last for over 9 hours and can be fast-charged to 60% in 39 minutes, the company claimed.
According to the company, during 2022, Vivobook 13 Slate OLED will be available in several unique editions, including two Artist
Editions designed in collaboration with artists Steven Harrington and Philip Colbert. These exclusive editions are themed to reflect modern pop culture.
Price and Availability
The ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED will be available in December and is priced at USD 599.99 (~PHP 30,325). The laptop will be available in the Philippines soon.
