One of the most anticipated releases this month is ASUS’ flagship gaming phone — the ROG Phone 5. While we all know that ROG Phones usually take the highest possible specs on a smartphone, the latest information regarding the gaming device appears to be taking things to another level. Based on a Geekbench listing, ROG Phone 5 is going to pack a monstrous 18GB of RAM.
Reported first by MySmartPrice, the Geekbench listing reveals the ROG Phone 5 running on Android 11 with 16.97GB of usable RAM. The single-core and multi-core scores are 1113 and 3468, respectively.Â
Last year, the ROG Phone 3 topped at 16GB and 512GB storage. Seeing those numbers go up to 18GB and 1TB isn’t exactly mind-blowing, but still impressive nonetheless. As for the rest of the specs, the ROG Phone 5 would resemble more of its predecessor featuring a 6000mAh battery, triple-cameras, and 144Hz display.
