Asus announces two new thin and light Vivobook laptops, the Vivobook S14 OLED and the Vivobook S 14X OLED. According to Asus, these two new devices are designed for young individuals who are looking for reliable yet powerful laptops. Their overall look and design are pretty similar to the Asus Vivobook 15 Pro OLED.
Both are equipped with fast PCIe® 4.0 SSD storage and expandable memory for future-proofing and to allow users to run intensive applications in the future. On top of this, it also features ASUS IceCool thermal technology, where users can maximize the laptop’s CPU performance much longer while keeping its temperature down.
For their display, both Vivobook S 14X OLED (S5402) and Vivobook S 14 OLED (K3402) are powered by the industry-leading ASUS OLED technology. It boasts a 2.8K resolution OLED display. It will let users enjoy an incredible viewing experience by producing a high contrast ratio, deeper blacks, and fast response time when playing a video or browsing the internet. It also reduces the blue light emission by 70% to protect users from eye strain.
The Vivobook S14 OLED and S 14 OLED have 180-degree flat-lay hinges for easier content sharing. It also has multiple ports for connectivity, namely two USB Type-A, supports Thunderbolt 4, an HDMI, and a traditional audio jack making it a perfect on-the-go laptop.
