Apple has introduced the Apple Watch Series 12.
The watch measures heart rate every five seconds and takes HRV measurements up to 24 times more often. Its new Readiness feature gives a score from 0 to 10 based on activity, training, sleep, and health data.
The Apple Watch Series 12 also offers up to 24 hours of battery life and up to 10 hours during outdoor workouts. A 15-minute charge can provide up to 12 hours of additional battery life.
Other new features include improved step tracking, Sound Recognition for detecting sounds such as alarms and doorbells, and Shazam for identifying music.
It runs watchOS 27, which adds Sleep Apnea Notifications in the Philippines, a new app grid, a single-handed tap gesture, and new Cycle Tracking features.
The Apple Watch Series 12 comes in 42mm and 46mm sizes, with aluminum, titanium, and new ceramic options.
In the Philippines, the Apple Watch Series 12 starts at PHP 28,990 and is coming soon. Apple has not yet announced its local release date. Stay tuned.
