Display and viewing experiences
The Galaxy A8 has a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, while the smaller Xperia Z5 Compact has a 4.6-inch 720p HD display. The A8’s OLED tech by far played a major role in establishing a bright and punchy display, however, despite being relatively smaller, the Xperia Z5 Compact’s display was able to par up with the A8’s easily, though the 5.7-inch display truly brings out the beauty of its resolution and display.
