A few of the A-series are receiving a well deserved update as they reach their 12-month peak of age and now, a few live photos of the said successors to the A7 and A5 have been available. Lets take a closer look on these devices now shall we?
These two smartphones are heavily reminiscent on the S6, with its flat glass rear panels that are obviously seen on the front ends, however, these devices might only handle a single LED flash, which is a bit of a downgrade to the original S6. Overall front hasn’t exactly changed much, other than a few details here and there, such as the rearrangement of the sensors around the earpiece. The thing that got to use the most is the much more larger or taller home button, which could mean that the A7 (2016) and A5 (2016) might feature a fingerprint scanner capability, which is a huge leap from the original devices. On the image, we can identify that there is a 2.5D glass up on front of the new Galaxy A7, however, it was not present on the new Galaxy A5.

We’ll hopefully get to know more about the 2016 generation of the A7 and A5, which is apparently expected to launch no earlier than January, next year.
