As expected, Realme X2 with Snapdragon 730G and a massive 64MP Samsung ISOCELL camera has been launched in China with a starting price of CNY1599 (~P11.5k) for the 6GB/64GB base model. While the top model 8GB/128GB has a price of CNY1899 (~P14k). In case you didn’t know, the same phone will launch in India in December as Realme XT 730G.
Available in Pearl White and Pearl Blue colors, Realme X2 has the same hyperbola light effect found on the XT. It’s still a 6.4″ smartphone with a teardrop notch, however, the selfie camera is now a 32MP f2.0 sensor. But for the main cameras, the same quad-camera setup is here — headlined by Samsung ISOCELL GW1 64MP sensor. As for the rest, you have your standard ultrawide, depth, and macro that’s slowly becoming a trend.
Even with the camera-centric specs, Realme X2 is also a capable gaming phone thanks to its Snapdragon 730G chipset. It’s a significant step up compared to the standard Realme XT with Snapdragon 712. Aside from that, VOOC charging is also faster with 30W in tow.
