Earlier this week, it was reported that a leaked photo of the LG V35 ThinQ was spotted online. Unfortunately, its source was not known until today. The original photo was found in the Wireless Power Consortium’s website.
The photo showed that the upcoming smartphone features a notch-less and bezel-less display. Upon reviewing the website, it was revealed that the device was listed with the model number LM-V350EM. Furthermore, the LG V35 ThinQ was registered on May 24, 2018.
The one who found the real source of the picture was none other than Evan Blass, a well-known tipster.
According to previous leaks, the LG V35 ThinQ will feature a 6.0″ Quad HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 1440 x 2880. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 along with 6GB of RAM and an internal storage of 128GB.
Its camera setup includes a dual 16 MP f/1.6 and a secondary wide-angle sensor rear camera. The device will also sport an 8MP front camera. In addition, the LG V35 ThinQ will be fueled by a 3,000mAh and will run on Android 8.1 Oreo. Additional features includes AI, Hi-Fi stereo speakers, and a Quad DAC.
The upcoming smartphone is said to made of aluminum with a glass back. It also received an IP68 certication, meaning the phone is water-resistant. Speculations state that the device might be launched after a few months. Unfortunately, it is still not known if the LG V35 ThinQ will be launching outside U.S.
