After the successful launch of Xiaomi Mi X6/Mi A2 on April 25 followed by rumors and its appearances on TENAA and 3C Certification Authority, we’re pretty sure the Xiaomi Redmi S2 will be coming soon.
The upcoming budget smartphone was spotted on a Czech Republic website which shows high-resolution photos and detailed specifications on the said smartphone.
Redmi S2 is speculated to feature 5.99-inch, 18:9 aspect ratio, IPS display with 1440 x 720 pixels or HD+. It is powered Snapdragon 625 chipset, along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB expandable storage.
For the camera department, it is equipped with dual camera setup consists of 12MP + 5MP while there’s no information about the front camera yet. But rumors says its a 16MP lens. It is also claimed that it will be packed with 4,205mAh battery capacity.
For additional specifications, Redmi S2 runs an Android 8.1 Oreo, a fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
