HMD Global is expected to launch a couple of Nokia smartphones and that includes the Nokia 1, Nokia 6 (2018), and Nokia 8 Sirocco. The report also adds that alongside these three devices, the company could also launch a couple of more devices in the Indian market. However, HMD Global has not yet confirmed if these additional devices will be launched at the MWC 2018 as well.
The previous report claims that the Nokia 8 Sirocco will be fueled by Snapdragon 845 and the trademark revealed that the model number is TA-1005. Also, it will be coupled with 6 GB of RAM. It may pack a 3,250mAh battery that will sport wireless charging. Rumors have it that it’ll arrive with a price tag of 5,000 Yuan, roughly around $793.
For the Nokia 6 (2018), by looking at the hands-on photo, we can see that the body is made entirely of aluminum 6000 series with diamond-cut borders. In these photos, we can see it in a Black tone with orange accents.
On the front, it has a 2.5D-curved potion stable by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The volume rocker with the power key on the right side, while the dual-SIM slot on the left side of the smartphone. On the back portion of the phone is the rear camera with a LED flash and the fingerprint scanner.
The second generation Nokia 6 comes with 5.5” IPS LCD of 16:9 aspect and FullHD resolution and sport a Snapdragon 630 with 2.2GHz octa-core CPU and 4GB of RAM. It can be fueled by a 3,000mAh battery. that can be charged to 50 percent in just 30 minutes through fast charging.
The operating system is still Android Nougat 7.1, however, the company already promised a quick arrival of the 8.0 Oreo update for the Nokia 6. In the camera department, it has the same camera sensors found on the predecessor smartphone. A dual-LED enabled 16-megapixel camera and an 8-megapixel 84-degree wide-angle selfie camera.
