Niantic starts banning Pokemon Go cheaters permanently

Spoofers or cheaters in Pokemon Go will now face permanent banning after Niantic confirmed it through their new Submit an Appeal form in FAQ section.

It’s stated below that location spoofing and using emulators or third party APIs are covered as violations under their TOC. This only means that Niantic is serious in trimming down the cheaters in Pokemon Go game as well as to the unauthorized 3rd party apps that affect server reliability.
