The Google Nest Cam with Floodlight is attached to a 2400 lumen floodlight and Google will use machine learning (ML) to automatically turn on floodlights when it detects any activity. The product requires permanent power since there’s no battery option like some brands offer and feature an IP65 rating for weather resistance
Google has unveiled the product and has released a ‘how to install’ video along with Nest Cam, and Nest Doorbell (battery-powered) for users’ convenience.
Google Nest Cam with Floodlight is priced at $279.99 (around Php14,120) and will be available in White color only, much like most Google accessories.
The Google Nest Cam with Floodlight is expected to hit stores in the US later this month. No exact date yet for it to release in other countries.
