MG Motor Philippines has unveiled the 2026 MG G50 PHEV in the Philippines.
The G50 PHEV uses a 1.5-liter gasoline engine combined with an electric motor and a hybrid transmission.
The engine produces 95 PS, while the electric motor adds 218 PS, for a total of 299 PS and 280 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels.
It comes with an 18.65 kWh battery that allows up to 95 km of pure electric driving. With a full tank and full charge, the total range can reach up to 1,415 km. Charging uses a Type 2 AC charger and takes about 2.8 hours at up to 6.6 kW. It also supports vehicle-to-load (V2L), which lets you power external devices.
Inside, the MPV has two 12.3-inch screens for the instrument cluster and infotainment system, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. It has captain seats in the second row and a three-seat third row.
On the outside, it gets LED headlights, daytime running lights, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
For safety, it includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, stability control, traction control, hill start assist, rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, and a tire pressure monitoring system.
The 2026 MG G50 PHEV seven-seater MPV is priced at PHP1,398,888 in the Philippines.
