It’s confirmed! Xiaomi will launch its 108MP camera phone in the Philippines. Popularly known as Mi Note 10 or Mi CC9 Pro in China, the premium mid-range phone is expected to shake the market wherein Realme XT with 64MP camera reigns. Through a Facebook post, Xiaomi Philippines teased a poster of the world’s first 108MP Penta camera. There’s no exact release date nor price but we can expect the device to arrive before or during the holidays.
Although the phone is powered by a mid-range gaming chipset Snapdragon 730G, the camera specification is top-notch. Of course, it has the groundbreaking 108MP f1.7 Samsung sensor that captures incredibly detailed photos. You can also capture wide-angle or zoomed-in shots with the 12MP telephoto and 20MP ultrawide lenses. Should you need a closer shot, there’s a 5MP 5x optical zoom for that. And working its macro wonders is the 2MP sensor. In China, the Mi CC9 Pro is available in Green, White, and Black colors. It had a launching price of CNY 2799 (~P20k) for the 6GB/128GB model.
