Elon Musk’s social media platform, formerly known as Twitter and now called X, has introduced two new subscription plans, one of which is a Premium+ option designed for users who want an ad-free experience.
This Premium+ plan costs approximately $16 (PHP910) per month and provides access to all the tools and features of the platform, without the interruption of ads. It’s worth noting that, for now, this ad-free experience is available only for users accessing the platform through a web browser.

There is also a basic subscription tier available at $3
(PHP170) per month, but it doesn’t offer an ad-free experience.
In addition to these subscription plans, X is planning to incorporate video and audio calling features for some users. Moreover, Elon Musk has ambitious plans to transform X into an all-encompassing platform, even branching into the realm of banking.
What are your thoughts on these new subscription plans and the idea of X becoming an “everything app” with banking services? Share your opinions!
