Good news to those who’d prefer Sony’s STAMINA mode over Google’s Doze mode. It seems that Sony has heeded your calls and will be bringing back STAMINA mode sometime in the future.

Many complained about Sony’s transition to Google’s Doze mode and leaving off their STAMINA mode when a bunch of Xperia phones updated over to Marshmallow. People claimed that the Lollipop version, backed up by STAMINA mode, lasted better than the Dozed-equipped Marshmallow Xperia phone. However, it’s good to know that there isn’t any schedule as to when will STAMINA mode makes a comeback. Nevertheless, it’s something that STAMINA mode patrons will truly appreciate.
