Sony has released a new compact camera in the Philippines, the Sony RX1R III.
The new RX1R III packs a powerful 61MP full-frame sensor, which is the same one found in Sony’s top mirrorless cameras, along with the BIONZ XR processor.
It comes with a fixed ZEISS 35mm f/2.0 lens for sharp, high-quality shots.

Other highlights include a sharp 2.36M-dot OLED viewfinder, 12 creative photo styles, USB-C charging, and a lightweight but durable magnesium alloy body.
It features AI-powered autofocus that can recognize subjects in real time, a Step Crop mode that lets you shoot as if using 35mm, 50mm, or 70mm lenses, and a macro mode for close-up shots as near as 20 cm.

The Sony RX1R III camera is priced at PHP 279,999 and is now available for pre-order from August 29 to October 17, 2025.
Early buyers will also receive a 64GB SF-G64T SD card valued at PHP10,500.
