
Samsung has launched its new Mini LED 4K TVs in China as part of its 2025 lineup.
The QN90F and QN80F series have smart features, and large screen sizes ranging from 65 to 98 inches.
Mini LED 4K TV QN90F Model

Let’s start with the QN90F model, it is available in 75-inch, 85-inch, and 98-inch sizes with 4K AI picture pro upscaling and anti-glare screen.
The TV features a QD-Mini LED panel with Quantum Matrix Technology Plus for precise lighting and contrast control.
It supports 4K resolution and up to 165Hz refresh rate. It also supports gaming features like FreeSync Premium Pro, VRR, and ALLM.
It uses the new NQ4 AI Gen3 processor with 128 neural networks. This means the TV can process images more smoothly and clearly. Compared to the older version, it has a 17% faster CPU speed, 2.1 times better graphics, and twice the AI performance.

The TV runs on One UI Tizen OS, supports SmartThings and Matter protocol, and includes a solar-powered remote. Samsung promises seven years of software updates.
Mini LED 4K TV QN80F Model

The Samsung QN80F comes in 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch models with Quantum Dot Mini LED screen with 4K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, MEMC motion smoothing, and supports HDR10+ and HDR Vivid.
Fors its multimedia, it offers Dolby Atmos audio with AI Sound Pro and Q-Symphony Pro.
Moreover, this model uses the NQ4 AI Gen2 chip with 20 neural networks. It delivers a 40% CPU and 2x GPU performance increase over the previous generation.
Just like the previous model, it runs on One UI Tizen out of the box, with Matter protocol and a 3D Smart View control map.
