Redmi has confirmed the launch date of the Redmi Turbo 4 in China; it will be unveiled on January 2, 2025, and will be the first Xiaomi smartphone to launch next year.
The brand shared photos of the Redmi Turbo 4 in its Weibo account showing the device in a White colorway. It will sport flat edges and a slight curve on the back panel with a red accent line. There will also be two rear cameras.
For specs, it is rumored to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 octa-core processor with Immortalis-G720 MC7 GPU, 12GB RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a large 6,550mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support.
The Redmi Turbo 4 will also allegedly be equipped with a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide shooter.
Other leaked specs include an in-display fingerprint scanner, IR blaster, Android 15 with Xiaomi HyperOS, and Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC for connectivity.
The Redmi Turbo 4 will be a rebranded POCO X7 Pro for markets outside of China. It will probably launch locally but as the rebranded version.
