
Rugged smartphone maker Oukitel recently unveiled its latest rugged handset called the Oukitel WP19.
The WP19 boasts a massive 21,000mAh battery, which is claimed to last for up to 36 hours of video watching and whooping 2,252 hours or around 93 days of standby time. Oukitel is also boasting a week’s worth of battery life on one charge.
Because it is a rugged smartphone, it comes with a sturdy build with a MIL-STD-810 drop-proof and IP68 dust and water-resistant rating. It can stay up to 1.5 meters underwater for up to 30 minutes.
Other specs include a 6.78-inch FHD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 2.0GHz MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core processor, Mali-G76 MC4 GPU, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of expandable storage, and 33W fast charging.
In terms of the cameras, the Oukitel WP19 has a 64MP primary sensor, a 20MP IR night vision camera with 4 IR emitters, and a 2MP macro shooter, while a 16MP sensor is at the front.
The Oukitel WP19 is now available for pre-order with a release date sometime in late June.
