After releasing the Oppo R15 series, Oppo has been releasing more and more flagships. The company has already released three phones but they plan on releasing more including the Oppo A3. Just recently, a leak appeared showing the specs, pictures, price, and launch date of the Oppo A3.
The Oppo A3 is a part of the midrange phones category. It features a 6.2” display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080. The phone measures at 156 x 75.3 x 7.8 mm and weighs around 159g. The device contains 4GB of RAM with an internal storage of 128GB. The A3 runs on an Helio P60 chipset clocked at 2.0GHz. Its camera setup includes a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The smartphone is also powered by a 3,300mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo.
Design and Spec Leak
The included photos feature a black version of the Oppo A3. It will feature a polygon design similar to the Oppo F7 Diamond Black Special Edition. The front of the phones reveals a fullscreen display with the notch positioned at the top of the phone. The charging port and 3.5mm audio jack is located at the bottom whereas the sim tray and power button can be seen on the right. As for the volume rocker, it is located at the left.
According to the leak, the Oppo A3 is priced at 1999 Yuan (approx. Php 16,585) and will launch on May 1 in China. There are still no announcements when the phone will be launched in other countries.
