Google Announces Lyria 3 Pro

After launching Lyria 3 last month, Google has officially announced the Lyria 3 Pro, which is an upgraded version of its AI music generation model.

With the upgrade, the Lyria 3 Pro can now create tracks up to three minutes long with improved structure and control.

Last month, we released Lyria 3, enabling you to create tracks with lyrics from text, image, or video prompts. Now, we’re introducing Lyria 3 Pro, which expands upon our music generation model to offer additional advanced capabilities.

The new model is designed to better understand how songs are built and to generate music with elements like intros, verses, choruses, and bridges.

It aims to support more complex compositions and smoother transitions between sections.

Lyria 3 Pro Availability

Regarding its availability, the Lyria 3 Pro is being added to several Google platforms.

It is now available in preview on Vertex AI for businesses, and can also be accessed through Google AI Studio and the Gemini API for developers building creative tools.

Also, the model is being integrated into Google Vids, where users can generate custom music for videos, and the Gemini app, where longer music generation is available to paid subscribers.
