OPPO is preparing to launch its next foldable smartphone in the first quarter of 2025.
The Find N5 features a 2K foldable OLED screen.
For cameras, to feature a triple-rear camera setup, it will boast a 50MP Hasselblad main camera and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
Geekbench results indicate a single-core score of 3,083 and a multi-core score of 8,865.
Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor’s 7-core version. It is paired with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM with unspecified storage variants.
It will also introduce IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 water resistance, a first for any foldable phone.
The device is rumored to include a 5,700mAh battery, a significant upgrade from the 4,805mAh battery in the Find N3. It will support 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Design-wise, Zhou Yibai, the product manager of OPPO’s Find series, has confirmed that the Find N5 will be available in a white color variant on Weibo.
According to rumors, the OPPO Find N5 may launch globally under the OnePlus branding as the OnePlus Open 2.
