Up front, the phone has a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution (2372 × 1080), a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,400 nits peak brightness (HBM). The panel supports 10-bit color and 100% DCI-P3 coverage.
For cameras, the rear setup includes a 50MP main camera with 2-axis OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The front camera is a 50MP shooter with autofocus. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording at 30fps.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 Mobile Platform with an Adreno 710 GPU. Storage options include up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, with support for expandable storage and USB OTG.
The Reno15 F 5G packs a 7,000mAh battery with support for up to 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
It runs on ColorOS 16.0 and supports 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 5, and NFC.
