Smart has introduced the Smart Home WiFi SIM 99, a prepaid data SIM.
The SIM can be used with open-line home WiFi devices and to reactivate older PLDT or Smart home WiFi routers with expired SIMs. It is not intended for smartphones, tablets, or pocket WiFi devices.
The SIM supports 5G and 4G connectivity and comes with 2GB of data with no expiry.
Users can reload it with Smart Home WiFi prepaid promos, including BIG DATA and UNLI DATA options.
The SIM is available for PHP99 and is offered as a SIM-only, contract-free option. Payment methods include cash on delivery, major cards, Home Credit, Billease, Maya, GCash, and QRPH.
According to Smart, delivery takes 1–2 business days within Metro Manila, 1–5 days in Luzon, and 2–5 days in Visayas and Mindanao, depending on the exact location. Shipping is free nationwide.
