Apple is reportedly preparing to launch a new Mac mini, nearly two years after introducing the current model.
According to Bloomberg‘s Mark Gurman, the updated Mac mini could be unveiled as early as the coming days, ahead of Apple’s expected September event.
Apple has reportedly tested versions powered by both M5 and M6 chips, although it is not yet clear which processor will be used in the final model.
The new Mac mini is expected to be part of Apple’s wider product rollout for the second half of 2026. The company is also preparing new Apple Watch models, AirPods 5, an OLED iPad mini, and additional Mac models.
The upcoming Mac mini could also be among the last major products launched under Apple CEO Tim Cook.
Apple has not yet officially confirmed the new Mac mini or its launch date.
