
OPPO has launched the OPPO Reno14 series, featuring the Reno14 and Reno14 Pro, in India.
The base Reno14 sports a 6.59-inch OLED display, while the Reno14 Pro flaunts a larger 6.83-inch OLED panel. Both smartphones’ displays support 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1200 nits global peak brightness, 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
Powering the Reno14 is the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 octa-core processor with Mali-G615 MC6 GPU and a 6000mAh battery capacity with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, while the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 octa-core chip with Mali-G720 MC7 GPU powers the Reno14 Pro and packs a larger 6200mAh battery capacity with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless fast charging.. They both get up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Thermals are being handled by an AI nano dual-drive cooling system with nano dual-drive cooling architecture.
Camera-wise, both devices are equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor and a 50MP Samsung JN5 periscope lens with 3.5x optical zoom at the back, while a 50MP Samsung JN5 selfie camera is at the front. They differ on the ultra-wide shooters, with the Reno14 having an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, while the Reno14 Pro has a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
Other features of both smartphones include IP66 + IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance, stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and AI integrations for photography and gaming.
